I had the amazing opportunity to Visit Atlantis Paradise Island in Nassau Bahamas, Which is currently the home of the National Miss Teen USA Pageant....I don't even know where to start. The weather was perfect, i had the opportunity to tour around the main building and listen in on the wonders of this amazing place. Of course the main goal i had in mind was to sit in Poseidon's Chair...Now i can say an Essence Queen has graced the Thrown lol lol. To sit on the Thrown with a real crown on my head was kinda surreal... I loved it..I was able to tell people in the Bahamas about the Pageant and that made my day i wish i could have stayed longer the visit was too short..But i do know one thing i will be back in August to cheer on the Teens that will be competing for Miss Teen USA 2011 and hopefully at that time i will be your New Miss Essence for 2011....Im Keeping the hope alive and you should too :)Love ~Regina~ Miss Empire State Essence 2011
